Game 2 United vs Southampton
United's first away game proved to be an exciting challenge for the boys. This was the first time that the whole team took the field, thereby playing the whole game. Southampton, having more players, was able to rotate players when needed.
Once again, Zachary Lull started as goalie, and try as they might, Southampton was unable to get the ball past Zachary's tenacious skills. Soon into the first half, newcomer Jason Velez Poaz, scored his first goal for United.
Not soon after Zack comes out of the goal, switching with Jackson, does he break away and score a solo goal bringing the match to 2-0. Southampton's efforts began to intensify, but they could not score before the end of the half.
